Gooey Birthday Cake

This little gem seems simple, but is full of flavor. It truly reveals the richness of the Kerrygold Irish butter and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla we use in every cookie. Calling it a sugar cookie doesn't do it justice, it's much gooey-er than that! We swirl this one in white chocolate and add a handful of birthday sprinkles to finish it off.

This classic dessert never goes out of style! We've taken a red velvet cake, turned it into a cookie, added cream cheese chunks, then topped it with white chocolate drizzle. The result is a perfectly soft, cake-like cookie with loads of flavor!

S'mores Some More

A summer-time treat, s'mores never really go out of style. This cookie is loaded with chocolate chunks, graham cracker crumbles, and marshmallows. We cover it with more chocolate chunks and marshmallows, then smother the whole cookie with chocolate, and top it off with graham cracker crumbs... That's why it's our #1 fan favorite!

This is a blondie cookie, with our own house-made sea salted caramel baked right in. We smother it in white chocolate, and add more caramel in the center for that extra sea salted caramel in your final bite!

This cookie is a light chocolate cookie that seems innocent at first, but after your first bite, you get that tingle in your throat... We took a traditional chocolate chunk cookie, infused it with morning Joe, then loaded with bittersweet chunks and cappuccino chips to accent the coffee flavor.
